镇江市餐厨废弃物及生活污泥协同处理项目整体工艺流程为“污泥热水解预处理+高含固厌氧消化+脱水+太阳能干化”,一期(按2015年)建设总处理规模为260t/d,其中餐厨废弃物为140t/d(其中餐厨垃圾120t/d,含水率以85%计,油脂20t/d),污泥处理规模为120t/d,含水率以80%计。
上海同济普兰德生物质能股份有限公司(以下简称同济普兰德)负责提供本项目热水解和厌氧消化系统的关键技术和设备、整体系统调试和一年代运维工作。自2017年12月代运维工作结束后,本项目一直在稳定运行。
Anaerobic Co-digestion Project of food waste and domestic sludge in Zhenjiang City
The Anaerobic Project in Zhenjiang City is the first full scale co-digestion project of food waste and domestic sludge in China. The overall process of food waste and domestic sludge co-digestion project in Zhenjiang City is “thermal hydrolysis pretreatment + high solid anaerobic digestion + dewatering + solar drying”. The treatment scale of the first phase is 260t/d, of which the food waste is 140t/d (of which the moisture content is 85%). The treatment scale of sludge is 120t/d, and the moisture content is 80%.
Shanghai Tongji Plant Biomass Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tongji Plant) is responsible for providing key technologies and equipment for the anaerobic digestion system, overall system commissioning, and one year operation. Since December 2017, this project has been in stable operation. The company also won the 8th Shanghai Science and Technology Enterprise Innovation Award in 2016.
餐厨垃圾经餐厨车制浆收集后送入到厂区餐厨料仓,然后通过螺杆泵直接泵入厌氧罐。污泥经脱水到含水率80%左右进入污泥料仓,然后经污泥高温热水解系统处理后,再进入到厌氧罐。厌氧消化产生的沼气经收集、处理、提纯后一部分用于沼气锅炉,多余的并入市政天然气管网。脱水污泥经太阳能干化后用于苗木种植。本项目工艺流图见下图。

工程效益分析
本工程项目为城市基础设施,以服务于社会为主要目的。
环境效益
环境效益是本工程实施和完成后所能体现的最直接的工程效益。其主要表现在以下几个方面:
(1)本工程的实施将较彻底地解决征润洲、京口、高资、丹徒和宝堰污水处理厂脱水污泥和镇江餐厨垃圾的出路问题;
(2)本工程的实施将减少原有工艺处理中产生的污泥恶臭等二次污染问题,环境效益非常明显;
(3)作为一项重要的城市基础设施,本工程的建设将改善城市的环境条件,对改善居民生活条件、提高市民健康水平有十分重要的作用。
社会效益
污泥处理工程建设完成后,有效解决了城市污水处理厂的污泥减排问题,为污水处理厂安全、稳定运行,提供了有力保障。就这一意义而言,同时也保证了镇江市的可持续发展,并为镇江市人民提供了更好的生活环境。
经济效益
本项目作为一项环境治理项目,其本身除肥料产品的出售产生有限的经济效益外,不产生其它直接的经济效益。但该项目建成后可提高该地区的环境质量,减轻污染排放所造成的污染危害,使镇江市的经济社会发展不受环境的制约,可有效保障镇江经济、社会和环境的协调可持续发展,保护市民的身体健康,促进工农业可持续发展,由此产生的间接经济利益将是巨大的。
The food waste is pulped and collected by trucks and then sent to the kitchen silo, and then pumped directly into the anaerobic digestion tank by the screw pump. The sludge is transported to the sludge silo after dewatering to about 80% moisture content, and then treated by the high-temperature thermal hydrolysis pretreatment system before entering the anaerobic digestion tank. Part of the biogas produced during anaerobic digestion is used for biogas boilers after purification, and the excess part is merged into the municipal natural gas pipeline network after upgradation. Dewatered sludge is used for seedling planting after solar drying. The process flow diagram of this project is shown below.
餐厨废弃物通过餐厨车收集后进入餐厨料仓,然后通过进料泵直接进入厌氧消化罐。生活污泥通过污泥运输车运送到污泥料仓,然后进入热水解系统。

Food waste is collected by the kitchen waste truck and then enters the kitchen silo, and then directly enters the anaerobic digestion tank through the feed pump. The domestic sludge is transported to the sludge silo by the sludge transport truck, and then enters the thermal hydrolysis pretreatment system.
镇江项目热水解系统由上海同济普兰德生物质能股份有限公司提供。同济普兰德依托同济大学学科与技术资源优势,承担了国家“十二五”重大水专项课题“城市污水高含固污泥高效厌氧消化装备开发与工程示范”(2013ZX07315-001),开发出了污泥热水解系统。同济普兰德研发的“污泥高温热水解系统”获批为2016年第3批上海市高新技术成果转化项目,上海市创新产品推荐目录认定,公司还获得2016年度第八届上海科技企业创新奖。

The thermal hydrolysis pretreatment system of Zhenjiang project was provided by Tongji Plant. Relying on the advantages of discipline and technology resources of Tongji University, Tongji Plant has undertaken the national “Twelfth Five-Year Plan” major water project “Development and Engineering Demonstration of Efficient Anaerobic Digestion Equipment for High Solid Sludge in Urban Wastewater” (2013ZX07315-001), and developed the thermal hydrolysis system of sludge. The " high-temperature thermal hydrolysis system" developed by Tongji Plant was approved as the third batch of Shanghai high-tech achievements transformation project in 2016, and was recognized by the Shanghai Innovative Product Recommendation Catalog.
镇江项目厌氧消化系统(含沼气预处理和储存)的厌氧消化工艺采用中温(38±2℃)高含固厌氧消化(TS约10%),设计停留时间约为25天。本项目建有4座厌氧罐,厌氧罐为钢制利浦罐。厌氧罐产生的沼气经除杂、脱水、增压后储存于2000m³的双膜沼气柜(图6)。

The anaerobic digestion system of Zhenjiang project (including biogas pretreatment and storage) is provided by Tongji Plant. Mesophilic anaerobic digestion (38±2℃) with high solid (Total solid is about 10%) is used, and the sludge retention time is about 25d. The project has built 4 anaerobic digestion tanks (Figure 5), and the anaerobic digestion tanks are constructed with steel lipp tanks. The biogas produced by the anaerobic digestion tank is purified, dehydrated and pressurized and then stored in a 2000 m³ double membrane biogas holder (Figure 6).
